30-Day Return Policy

At The Flying Turtle Tavern, we want you to love what you bring home from our shelves.

If something isn’t quite right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Here’s how it works:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order

• Custom or made-to-order items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or damaged

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for processing.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or something went wrong on our end, reach out through the Contact page and we’ll make it right. No quests. No riddles. Just honesty.
